The restoration of non-voter names to the Register of Electors of a constituency will close once the Writ of Election for an election at that constituency is issued. Non voters who failed to vote at the Punggol East by-election or any previous parliamentary or presidential election, are encouraged to apply to have their names restored to the Registers of Electors via our eServices one week after Polling Day.

Applicants whose names have been successfully restored to the Registers will receive notification from Elections Department within a month. Applicants who do not receive any notification within a month are advised to check their application status via the Elections Department’s eServices or contact the Elections Department [email contact@eld.gov.sg or telephone 1800-CALL-ELD (1800-225-5353)]
