No claim, action or proceeding can be made against the Government or its service provider arising from any wrongful, fraudulent or negligent use of your user identification or password except where any loss or damage is caused by the negligence of the Government. 

The Government of Singapore may deny or restrict access to this Website and its electronic services to any particular person, or block access from a particular Internet address to this Website and its electronic services, at any time without having to give notice where the access is unauthorized or is not for the purpose which the Website and its electronic services is intended (e.g. denial of service attack or using the electronic service under someone else’s name).

It does not make any warranty or representation that the use of this Website and its electronic services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, free from viruses or other malicious, destructive or corrupting code, programmes or macros, and

It does not make any warranty or representation as regards the security of the transactions or the reliability or completeness of any information contained in or transmitted through the electronic services.
